Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products

All digital items sold through this website—including e-books, downloadable files, templates, tutorials, web apps, and subscription tools—are non-refundable once the download link or account access has been provided.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, compatibility notes, and previews carefully before making a purchase.

If you experience any technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using a digital product, please get in touch with our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and, where possible, provide assistance, reactivation, or file replacement.

Refunds may be considered only under special circumstances such as:

• duplicate transactions caused by payment errors
• accidental multiple charges for the same order

Subscription Services

Subscriptions or app access may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused periods.

Physical Merchandise

Our shirts, caps, jackets, and other physical merchandise are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
3. After inspection, we’ll issue your refund or replacement.

The customer bears shipping costs for returns unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
